Welcome to our new site with our debut book by Marcus Odinsohn, “America’s Second Common Sense Constitution.” A socio-political philosophy highlighting the issues currently facing our nation, from Government to Welfare, Social views, stigmas and points of view and proposals to correct some of them utilizing the premise of the Constitutional Convention proposed by Thomas Jefferson, and new points of view for us all to hold ourselves to. Marcus focuses on Liberty and Justice for all as guaranteed by our most sacred document, but renewed with new inspiration for the future from the words of Thomas Jefferson, “Some men look to constitutions with sanctimonious reverence, and deem them like the arc of the covenant, too sacred too be touched…We might as well require a man to wear still the coat which fitted him when a boy, as civilized society to remain ever under the regimen of their barbarous ancestors.”
